How do I brew Oolong Tea?
Oolong tea tends to prefer a cooler brewing temperature compared to black and green teas, with a temperature recommendation of 160°F (71°C). It is also has a steep time that is shorter in duration than green teas, with a recommended steep time of 3 minutes.
