We're writing to inform you of highly likely shipping delays this holiday season. Shipping typically slows down during the holiday season, but this year is a little different. The potential for a rail strike, while not guaranteed to happen, is a possibility.
Both UPS and Fedex normally 'piggyback' trailers on the rail lines throughout the United States. Along with the increased package volume at this time of year, we advise ordering earlier than usual if you want your order to arrive before Christmas. If you place your order by December 11th, this should hopefully provide enough of a time buffer for your package(s)* to arrive before Christmas.
We want to apologize in advance for any inconvenience or frustration this may cause. Unfortunately, some things are out of our control, and shipping times are one of them right now. What we can control, is providing the freshest coffee and tea possible to you, our customers.
